By accessing or purchasing from africanisapparel.com (or africanis.org), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

Made-to-Order Products
• All Africanis™ products are made-to-order
• Production begins after payment is confirmed
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
• All sales are final unless items are defective

Product Descriptions
• We strive for accurate product descriptions and images
• Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
• Natural materials may have slight variations in texture and appearance

Pricing
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price at the time of purchase applies

2. PAYMENT

• Payment is required before production begins
• We accept major credit cards and payment methods supported by Shopify
• All transactions are processed securely

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping is currently available within South Africa only
• Delivery times vary based on product type (see Shipping Policy)
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Trademarks
• Africanis™ is a trademark of Oister Foundation
• Wear with Purpose™ is a trademark of Oister Foundation
• Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited

• All content on this site, including images, text, and designs, is owned by Oister Foundation
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion
