REFUND & RETURN POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER COMMITMENT

All Africanis™ products are made-to-order specifically for you. This sustainable approach reduces waste and ensures premium quality, but it also means we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

By purchasing from Africanis™, you acknowledge that all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Report the issue within 7 days of receipt
• Email stephan@oister.foundation with your order number and photo evidence
• We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion

Defects include manufacturing flaws, printing errors, or damage during production. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before Production Starts
• Contact us immediately at stephan@oister.foundation
• We will do our best to cancel your order
• A 12.5% administration fee may apply if stock has been allocated

After Production Begins
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• You will receive your order as placed

ORDER CHANGES

• Color or size changes after payment may incur a 20% restocking fee
• Changes may not be possible once production begins
• Contact us immediately if you need to make changes
